Jonathan Bixby is a serial entrepreneur, active angel investor, board member, and speaker. Jonathan has helped raise over $100M in venture capital and has been involved in over 10 successful exits. In addition to his investing efforts, Jonathan has been active in the crypto world since 2012 as an investor and entrepreneur. Jonathan was previously an entrepreneur-in residence at Vancouver-based startup accelerator GrowLab. Prior to GrowLab, he was the CEO and cofounder of both Strangeloop Networks acquired by Radware (RDWR) and IronPoint acquired by the Active Network (ACTV). He is a Business in Vancouver Top 40 Under 40 award recipient.
Mark Rutledge

Mark has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, serial entrepreneur, C-level executive and strategic adviser, In the early stages of his career, Mark practised securities and entertainment law, and acted for clients such Viacom, Disney, Paramount, Time Warner, Showtime, USA Networks, and Canal + (France). During the dot-com boom, he was co-founder of, an early leader in the delivery of digital media. He is currently CEO of Carraway Capital Corp., and an investor in 20 Year Media, a pioneer in chatbot technology powered by AI, and Sosido Networks, a pre-eminent knowledge-sharing community for health-care professionals. He has been active in the cryptocurrency space since 2011
Darcy Taylor

Darcy has over 20+ years of senior executive experience building successful companies and brands spanning, Asia, Europe and North America. Active in Crytpocurrency space since 2013, most recently as president of Ronin Blockchain Corp. he managed the successful exit of Ronin for $10 million cash and shares by Datametrex AI Limited. A proven track record in global, corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial environments across Fin Tech, Blockchain, FMCG/CPG, Sports & Entertainment and Digital Marketing & Media industries. His career has included Clevel and senior leadership roles at IMG, Logic Technologies, JTI and MASEV Communications and top tier clients that included Microsoft, Sympatico/MSN, Nokia, Nintendo, Cisco, TELUS, FEDEx, Coors Light/ Molson, Billabong, Coke, Audi.
Timothy Le Druillenec
CFO, Executive Director
Timothy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has provided management consultancy and accounting services to numerous public and private companies. Tim is currently Finance Director of Dukemount Capital PLC, a Main Market listed property company which acquires, develops and manages portfolios of property and was most recently Finance Director of Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals PLC. In addition, Timothy has held appointments as director and company secretary of a number of public and private limited companies. Tim is the Company’s CFO and will be primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company and for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management.

Keivan Beigi
Head of Technology
Keivan Beigi has been working with technology and server solutions for the past 15 years with an emphasis on highly scalable, secure and well instrumented distributed systems as well as complex client-side JavaScript applications. He has a Software Development and Architecture degree from George Brown and a MCTS certificate from Microsoft. In his free time, he wears many hats in a few different open-source projects. His main area of interests and specialties include Distributed Systems, System security, Continuous Integration and Delivery and Performance Optimization.
Marc Baumgartner
Head of Product
Over the past 25 years Marc has been involved as a designer and strategist specializing delivering complex projects ranging from the planning and design of Olympic games facilities to digital projects deploying disruptive technologies including AI, machine learning, and cryptographic systems. Marc was Design Director and VP of Product at from its inception, venture financing, and acquisition by in 2009. During its time NowPublic was named a Time Magazine top 5 Website of the Year and received two Emmy nominations for Outstanding Interactive Design. After exiting NowPublic Marc co-founded Codename Design, a design studio specializing in strategy and design for startups including IoT startups,, as well as The Smithsonian Learning Lab and Mindful Inc, recently winner of an IDEO educational design award.

Thomas Kineshanko
Tom has been investing in cryptocurrency and ICOs since their early days in 2012. Prior to co founding Protos Cryptocurrency Asset Management, Tom has been a Founder and General Partner of First Block Capital, Canada’s first regulated crypto investment firm, since March 2017. Tom also cofounded Fintech Enterprises Inc., one of the first North American buy/hold Bitcoin and Ether funds, as well as the Blockchain platform
Mathew Shaw
A successful career in complex capital markets, spanning 30 years and three continents. Matthew established a family office focused on angel and early stage investments in renewables, fintech, technology, digital assets, and impact investments. From 2003 to 2013, Matthew was an advisor to the Chairman of Gazprombank and as part of that role, established and jointly ran a carbon fund joint venture between Gazprombank and Dresdner (then Commerzbank) called Carbon Trade & Finance SICAR. Matthew was a founding equity partner of DEPFA Investment Bank Limited. From 2002 to 2003, Matthew was General Manager of DEPFA Investment Bank. From 1987 through 2002, Matthew held several positions at major financial institutions including ANZ Merchant Bank, Moscow Narodny Bank and UBS,. Matthew is an alumnus of the Executive Program at Singularity University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Manchester University, UK and an MBA from Bradford University, UK.
Philipp Kallerhoff
Philipp has significant experience in the strategy development for systematic trading strategies across asset classes. Philipp was Director at Harcourt/Vontobel Asset Management AG in Zurich, Switzerland from 2013 to 2017. From 2012 until 2013, Philipp was a co-founder at Jumiya Inc. in Palo Alto, California, working on the application of big data analytics to financial data. From 2008 until 2013, Philipp was a co-founder at Alligator Trading GmbH in Berlin, Germany and Partner at Centrade Capital Management GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland. From 2006 to 2008, Philipp was a Quantitative Analyst at the Landesbank Berlin in Berlin, Germany. Philipp is an alumnus of the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University and has a Doctorate in Computational Neuroscience, as well as Diplom in Engineering and Management and Diplom in Psychology and Vordiplom in Physics from TU Berlin, Germany.
